at EBK Manufacturing. We are conveniently located between New York and
California and offer a complete line of cellular accessories. We have
been successfully supplying retailers in the Midwest and beyond since
1992.
We strive to remain
price competitive but refuse to sacrifice product quality or reliability
in the process. We are a proud member of the Illinois Better Business
Association and are committed to providing our customers with products
and service they can consistently depend on. We've worked hard to establish
long standing relationships with dependable and quality conscious overseas
manufacturers.
All orders received
by Noon CST will be shipped the same day. We encourage all of our
existing customers to order online - it maximizes our efficiency
and facilitates same day shipping.
Our goal is to have
all items in stock at all times. However, if we are temporarily out
of stock on an item, we will call you with an honest and realistic date
we are expecting the item to be back in stock. We will call you before
any back orders are shipped to make sure you still need the product.
If for any reason
you are not 100% satisfied with any order you receive from us, we will
issue a UPS call tag for the merchandise and refund you on your purchase
- no questions asked.

Product
Warranty
We offer a Life Time Warranty
against manufacturer's defects on our Plug-In
Car Chargers, Leather cases & AC Travel Chargers, a Two Year Warranty
on Rechargeable Batteries and a One Year Warranty on all other items.
Upon receipt of any defective product we will issue a credit to your
account, it is as simple as that. We won't make you jump through any
hoops with burdensome RA forms. All returns must be received with freight
prepaid (we do not pick up the freight charges on returned defective
items).
Return
Policy
We offer a 90 day "no-nonsense"
return policy to protect our customers from "dead" merchandise. If our
products do not sell within 90 days or, for whatever reason, you are
not completely satisfied, we will buy them back, no questions asked
and no restocking fees.
Payment
Methods
We accept cashiers checks,
money orders, Visa, Master Card,
Discover and American Express. If you wish to pay via Company check,
please contact us and we will fax you a Credit application. A $25.00
processing fee is charged on all NSF checks.
 
Retail Packaging
We offer our product in bulk
packaging (poly bags) or our own attractive retail packaging (bar coded
slide blisters w/insert card). We can also accommodate custom packaging
with your company logo and store colors. Regardless if you
use a customized insert card or our EBK Mfg. insert card, we charge
.30 cents per unit for prepacking your accessories and applying a bar
coded label (code 39). Please see the below information for the additional
estimated costs of developing Custom Packaging.
Custom Packaging - Additional Costs - We out source the production of
customized packaging. We pass along the costs involved - we don’t make
any profit on your customized insert cards. Please remember these are
estimates.
Design Layout - Our graphic artist charges $60 p/hour. A reasonable
estimate for the design work and data output is 3 - 6 hours.
Film Output for Printing - Our film service charges $13 per color. Most
Insert cards are 4 colors with a black and white back - total cost for
this type of card would be $65 plus $30 for a proof for approval.
Printing - The minimum order from our printer for the insert card is
6250 pieces at approximately $500. The price per card goes down as the
quantity goes up. An estimated total cost for development of your customized
insert card is $775 to $910 depending on the complexity of your design.
If you can find better pricing for the above services please feel free
to use your own vendors. We will store your insert cards in our warehouse
and prepack your accessories on a per order basis. Therefore, your orders
will be shipped the day after you place them.
Online Ordering
You
can place your orders online at www.ebkmfg.com 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. If you prefer to call in or fax your orders to us, please do
so. To protect the privacy of your wholesale pricing all items are set
to 1¢. Upon receipt of your order we will plug in your correct pricing
and shipping charges if applicable.
When placing your first order
online, first enter the quantities you wish to order. In the information
section of the shopping cart page, you must choose "Purchase
Order" from the drop down menu under "Select Payment Method"
(request for credit card information will disappear once this is done).
Fill in all of information on your initial order. An asterisk
will appear in any mandatory field which you may have missed.
After your initial order
the only required fields to fill out are:
1)"Select Payment Method"
- you must choose "Purchase Order" from the drop down
menu.
2) "P.O Number"
- you can use any number you wish.
3) Name on P.O
4) Billing Address
5) Zip Code
Once you submit your order
we'll confirm receipt via e-mail. We will also e-mail or fax you a complete
invoice. If there are any items on backorder we will call you and let
you know when we expect to have the items back in stock.
If you need to order Panavise
custom in-dash mounts or anything else you know we carry but is not
individually listed on the web site, please list them in the "Special
Instructions" field of the shopping cart page. If you want to pick
up your order at our warehouse simply advise us of this in the "Special
Instructions" field of the shopping cart page.
